OUR COVID-19 POLICY

By booking your appointment at Eve's Wedding Shop you and your guest are confirming you are not showing any signs of COVID-19 and have not been in close contact with anyone who has COVID-19 within the last 14 days. 
If you experience COVID-19 symptoms, please let us know and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment to a different date.
Prior to your appointment, we will ask you to confirm you have read and you agree with our COVID-19 policy.

When entering our shop you will be asked to provide your contact details or you can scan our QR code label with your NHS Track and Trace App.

Failure to reply will unfortunately mean we will not be able to host your appointment. 

By entering our bridal shop you and your guest do so entirely at your own risk. 
Every appointment will last 1hour 30 minutes . 
The bride will be able to bring one guest from same household to her appointment in accordance with government guidelines.

When you enter our bridal shop you will be asked to use hand sanitiser and we will provide gloves if you wish to use them.
Before every appointment all areas of our bridal shop will be cleaned and disinfected for 30 minutes.

Per the government guidelines, we are asking that all brides and their guests come to the appointment with a mask or face covering.

If you don't have one disposable masks will be provided free of charge. 

Dresses will be stored in clear garment bags to prevent possible contamination. 
When booking an appointment , you will be asked to select which dresses you would like to try so that we know which dresses will be in quarantine for next 48 hours.

After every appointment dresses will be steamed and put into quarantine for 48 hours.

Hand washing facilities are freely available to use .

To avoid touching pens and invoices , invoice for your purchase will be sent to you by email.
Our COVID-19 risk assesment can be viewed at any time during appointment.
