Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? I'd love to hear from you — I'm always here to help.

  • To ensure every bride receives our dedicated attention and a private fitting area, we are strictly by appointment only. This allows us to provide a personalized, one-to-one experience in a relaxed environment.

  • Our appointments typically last 1.5 hours. This gives us plenty of time to explore different styles and find "the one" without feeling rushed.

  • We recommend bringing two or three trusted friends or family members whose opinions you value most. Our boutique is designed to comfortably accommodate a small group to keep the focus entirely on you.

  • We take pride in our inclusive range, stocking designer gowns from UK size 6 to size 26. Please note that bridal sizing often runs smaller than high-street fashion; our stylists are experts at helping you find the perfect fit regardless of the label size.

  • Since we specialize in "off-the-peg" designer gowns, the traditional 12-month waiting period does not apply here! You can find and take home your dress on the same day. However, we generally recommend shopping 6 to 9 months before your wedding. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy the experience and leaves a comfortable window for any professional alterations you may need to achieve the perfect fit.

  • We specialize in "off-the-peg" designer gowns and ex-samples. This means you can find a high-end, luxury dress at a significant discount—often 50% to 70% off the original retail price—and take it home the very same day.

  • We believe finding your dream dress should be a joy, not a transaction. Our standard consultations are free of charge. However, we do ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations so we can offer the time slot to another bride.

  • Each gown is presented with a beautifully styled digital image, followed by real photos of the actual dress. We want you to feel completely confident and excited about your choice!

  • To ensure our gowns remain in pristine condition for you and future brides, we kindly ask that you do not wear fake tan, bronzer, or heavy foundation to your appointment. Even if the tan feels "dry," the friction of trying on bridal fabrics can cause staining.

  • We recommend wearing nude, seamless underwear and a strapless bra. If you have a specific heel height in mind, feel free to bring your wedding shoes, though this is not essential for your first visit.

  • We specialize in new and ex-sample designer gowns. Our "ex-sample" dresses have been tried on in-store but are genuine designer pieces offered at a fraction of their original price. Some may have minor signs of wear (such as loose beads or dust on the hem), which is reflected in the significant discount.

  • While we don't have a strict limit, we usually find that trying on 5 to 7 gowns is the "sweet spot." Trying on too many in one session can often become overwhelming.

  • Yes! We want your visit to be as stress-free as possible. Convenient parking is available right next to our building, so you won't have to worry about a long walk or searching for a space before your appointment.

  • Absolutely. Because we specialize in "off-the-peg" gowns, we are the perfect destination for brides on a tight timeline. You can buy your dress today and take it to a seamstress tomorrow. We have helped many brides find their dream dress with only weeks (or even days) to spare!

  • We strive to display our gowns in the most accurate light possible. Every dress is photographed in our shop to capture the true tone of the ivory, champagne, or blush fabrics. However, please be aware that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or screen settings.

  • Yes! Unlike traditional boutiques that require 6–9 months for an order to arrive, our dresses are ready to go when you are. This is a perfect solution for brides with shorter wedding timelines or those who simply want the peace of mind of having their dress in hand.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. As our gowns are unique, one-off pieces, we require payment in full at the time of purchase to secure your dress.

  • Since bridal sizes run small, we recommend measuring yourself with a flexible tape measure over the underwear you plan to wear. You will need three key measurements: Bust: The fullest part of your chest. Waist: The narrowest part of your natural waistline. Hips: The fullest part of your hips/bottom. If you are between sizes, we always recommend choosing the larger size, as it can be professionally tailored down to your exact shape.

  • We provide detailed measurements (Bust, Waist, and Hips) for every gown listed on our website. We strongly advise comparing these to your own measurements taken with a flexible tape measure before purchasing.

  • Yes, we are shipping our designer gowns to brides all over the world. We use secure, tracked, and insured couriers to ensure your dress arrives safely. Please contact us for a specific shipping quote.

  • Yes. Every gown purchased at our boutique comes in a breathable bridal gown bag. This protects the fabric from dust, light, and snagging while it is stored at home.

  • We provide a breathable garment bag with every purchase. We recommend storing your dress in a cool, dry room, away from direct sunlight or damp areas. It's best to hang it somewhere where it won't be crushed (like the back of a door or a tall wardrobe).
