Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as they contain important information about your rights and obligations.

These Terms ("Terms" or "Agreement") relate to your use of the website www.eves-wedding-shop.co.uk ("the Site"), operated by Eve's Fashion ("we", "us", "our").

By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time — please review them periodically.

You may not use any of our logos, graphics, or trademarks without our prior written permission.


Accuracy of Website

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information on this website. However, we accept no liability for any inaccuracies or design variations.


Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email — this does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us is only formed when we send confirmation that your goods have been dispatched.


Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price payable is the price advertised on our website at the time of placing your order.


Payment

We accept credit/debit card payments, Shopify payments and bank transfer. Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.

For in-person purchases, cash / card payment is accepted and full payment is required before items can be taken away.


Availability

All products are subject to availability while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without liability.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email to suggest an alternative or offer a cancellation.


Delivery

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For. We aim to dispatch within 3 days, though please allow up to 7 days.

International orders usually arrive within 7 working days - please allow up to 15 days. Custom fees / taxes are payable by buyer on arrival to destination or we can check before posting if courier will allow you to pay before arrival. 

Items not received within 15 working days of dispatch are considered lost. Please check with your local sorting office before contacting us. 

We ship worldwide — please contact us for an international postage quote.


Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of goods transfers to you once successfully delivered.


Returns & Refunds

Online purchases may be returned by post only within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items purchased in person at our South Elmsall wedding shop cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please contact us via the Contact Us section on our website within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in their original condition. We cannot process returns without prior authorisation .

Return postage costs are not refunded.

 Please check all measurements carefully before ordering.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in an unacceptable condition.


Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 6 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled


Appointments

You can book an appointment to try on dresses directly on our website.

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel.

We will contact you the day before your appointment to confirm — if we do not hear back, your appointment may be cancelled.
