Eve's Wedding Shop – Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (UK)

We offer free shipping on all UK orders. Our primary courier is Royal Mail Signed For, however we also work with other couriers. At checkout, you will be able to choose the shipping option that works best for you.

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 days of payment being received. Please allow up to 7 days in case of any delays.

International Shipping

For limited time we ship worldwide for free! International orders typically arrive within 7 working days, but please allow up to 15 days.

Please note that any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility. We are not liable for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.

Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of your dispatch confirmation email, it will be considered lost. Before contacting us, please check with your local sorting office in case your parcel is awaiting collection.

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched once full payment has been received. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.

Tracking

All orders are sent with a tracked and signed for service, so you will receive a tracking number. Please keep this safe in case you need to query your delivery.
