Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Window
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us of your intent to return it. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to ensure the item reaches us.
2. Condition of Items
Due to the delicate nature of bridal wear, all returns must meet the following criteria:

Unworn & Unaltered: Items must be in their original condition.

Tags Attached: All tags must remain intact and attached.

Pristine Condition: Items must be free of makeup, tan marks, pet hair, perfume, or smoke scents.

Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original garment bag and box to prevent damage during transit.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a cleaning/restoration fee if an item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold.
3. Return Shipping & Costs

Buyer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

International Returns: For customers outside the UK, please clearly mark your parcel as "RETURNED GOODS - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" on the customs form. Failure to do so may result in import duties being charged, which will be deducted from your refund.

Tracked Service: We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We cannot issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at evesweddingshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Pack your item securely in the box.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
